Service Description

Let AirCnC Management take care of setting up your property for Airbnb. We come in and create a checklist of what you already have, and what else is needed. We source the additional inventory needed and set everything up for you. We also arrange a professional photographer (at an additional cost) and create your listing from start to finish. With our expertise and attention to detail, you can trust us to get your property ready for welcoming guests. Rate is per day (8 hours). Time it takes to get the property guest ready depends on a couple of factors including how long it takes to get additional inventory to the property, photographer availability etc. This will all be discussed once we see the property and understand the scope of the project. Once we understand the amount of days needed, we will send through a quote. I will only charge hours that I am working on the project. *Please note this service is free should you use our property management service. Please contact us for more information.
